Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
